This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem for cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions. You will lead strategic partnerships with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and technology partners, driving both sourced and influenced revenue. The role involves creating scalable partner motions, delivering enablement programs, and supporting joint sales and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partners are fully equipped to succeed. This is a highly visible position where you will influence revenue growth, shape the partner experience, and help define the future of AI adoption for enterprise clients. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Develop and execute channel strategy aligned to revenue goals, including partner segmentation and coverage models
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners and create joint business plans
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including sales training, technical onboarding, and certifications
- Equip partners with messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for effective deal execution
- Drive joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and support pipeline generation
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, forecast channel pipeline, and establish KPIs and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partner activities and maximize impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI
- Proven ability to build and scale partner revenue and influence enterprise sales cycles
- Experience working with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, or cloud technology partners
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on partner programs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage, or high-growth environment
