This role requires attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid grasp of medical terminology and grammar skills. Your days will involve reviewing and entering patient information into our EHR system, sharing valuable educational insights, and providing essential support to our medical providers. To thrive as a Full-Time Medical Assistant at Carolina Nephrology, you'll need a toolkit of essential skills and experience! A solid year of familiarity with EMR systems is a must-after all, we need you to navigate patient information like a pro! Being adept at taking vital signs and having at least a year of phlebotomy experience will set you up for success in this role, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. While knowledge of Epic is preferred, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as valuable!
