🔑 Your Mission🧠Executive Prioritization & Focus- Own the rhythm of the C-Suite: calendars, priorities, and decisions
- Remove barriers so leaders can focus on high-impact work
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper, balancing access and opportunity
- Coordinate executive team activities across functions
- Drive leadership cadence (ELT, Board, investor, and strategy meetings)
- Track priorities, decisions, and ensure accountability across leaders
- Support execution of enterprise initiatives, strategic projects, and PE-backed growth priorities
- Prepare executive-level materials: Board decks, investor updates, and performance metrics
- Synthesize complex information to enable fast, informed decision-making
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the Executive Office, teams, partners, and investors
- Manage high-level communications with clarity, speed, and discretion
- Build trust and influence without formal authority
- Prepare agendas, materials, and outcomes for Board and investor meetings
- Ensure follow-up and execution on key decisions and commitments
- Drive process improvements that increase Executive Office effectiveness
- Simplify ambiguity, streamline workflows, and accelerate decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and increase speed
- 7–12+ years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, complex, multi-leader environments
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple executives or teams and deliver results in high-pressure settings
- Track record of executing with precision while thinking strategically
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- You read, adapt, and influence across personalities and priorities
- You thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity and action to complex situations
- You proactively solve problems before they become issues
- You are known for making leaders more effective, teams more aligned, and operations more seamless
