About the Role:
Star Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are very excited to welcome new talent to our Clinical team! The Treatment Coordinator will support our patients and help provide clarification on insurance coverage, payment options, and required paperwork. This role will educate and guide our patients through the treatment process by helping patients understand the importance of treatment to increase their quality of life. By clearly communicating costs, options and next steps, the Treatment Coordinator will help patients have confidence in moving forward with care. There is potential for hybrid/remote flexibility with this role after training. This position is open to candidates residing in Texas, North Carolina, or Florida. Work location will depend on proximity to a Star Sleep & Wellness office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review treatment plans with patients and provide clarity on processes related to insurance and treatment delivery.
- Review payment options and assist patients in finding a plan that fits their needs.
- Review and answer questions related to patient paperwork and insurance.
- Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure documentation related to insurance authorizations is detailed and complete.
