| Job Summary | The Food as Health Program at UK HealthCare is dedicated to improving health outcomes through medically tailored nutrition support, nutrition education, and food access initiatives. The Registered Dietitian (RD) will play a central role in delivering evidence-based nutrition care, supporting program operations, and advancing food-as-medicine interventions across clinical and community settings. This position collaborates with program team members to address nutrition-related chronic disease and food insecurity while promoting sustainable healthy habits for enrollees participating in the food as health program. Hybrid work option available. |
