Internship Overview

The Weezie Wholesale / Business Development Intern will spend the summer working closely with the Wholesale team to learn the ins and outs of growing and supporting Weezie’s retail partnerships. This role will gain hands-on experience preparing for and participating in the June Atlanta Market while supporting day-to-day wholesale operations and account development.

You’ll assist with market preparation, product assortment planning, account outreach, and post-market follow-up while gaining exposure to how a lifestyle brand expands through wholesale distribution. This is a unique opportunity to see how brand relationships with boutiques, resorts, and specialty retailers are built and maintained.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing for the June Atlanta Market, including building launch catalogs in Canva and supporting the creation of wholesale line sheets
• Help curate and organize the market product assortment, including preparing price tags and ensuring all products are ready for display
• Support sourcing supplies and materials needed for the market booth
• Assist with pre-market outreach to wholesale accounts and scheduling buyer appointments
• Participate in market booth setup and support the team during market week
• Learn how to set up new wholesale accounts and assist with order entry during and after market
• Gain hands-on experience using Shopify and reviewing Wholesale ATS performance reports
• Assist in vetting prospective accounts using Weezie’s distribution and zip code tracking tools
• Build a strong understanding of Weezie products and brand storytelling to confidently communicate the brand to prospective partners
• Support the Wholesale team with general business development tasks and account follow-up throughout the summer

What to Expect

Stipend: Interns receive $300 per week, paid bi-weekly

Internship Details

• This is a 10-week internship based in Atlanta, GA with a bi-weekly stipend
• You will work approximately 20 hours per week at our Corporate Office (Tues–Thur, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM)
• Atlanta Market week will require full participation (Saturday, June 6th–Friday,June 12th- 8:30AM-5:30PM and Saturday, June 13th- 9 AM- 4PM)
• Applicants must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Opportunity to earn class credit, if applicable
