In support of MARCORSYSCOM Product Support Directorate (PSD), we are seeking a Senior IPS Logistics Analyst to provide senior-level analytical, policy, and Integrated Product Support (IPS) expertise supporting acquisition and sustainment programs across the Marine Corps enterprise.

Job Duties:

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop, update, and maintain metrics dashboards (primarily in Microsoft Excel or in Power BI) by obtaining reports and extracting data from the Supply, Maintenance, and Logistics Automated Information Systems.
  • Conduct studies, research, assessments, and trend analyses in response to new requirements, gaps, or anticipated changes to support concepts.
  • Prepare recurring synopses, briefing materials, and presentations that communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to enable informed Government decision-making.
  • Perform process mapping and workflow analysis
  • Provide subject matter expertise across Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSEs), with particular emphasis on Information Technology Systems Continuous Support (ITSCS).
  • Serve as a key contributor in reviewing, updating, and maintaining IPSE documentation, processes, and knowledge artifacts supporting MARCORSYSCOM programs.
  • Support logistics support analysis activities,
  • Support the development and revision of acquisition logistics and product support policies, processes, workflows, and guidance through research, analysis, and participation in drafting sessions.
  • Conduct process and workflow analyses and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and revise job aids, including work instructions, handbooks, checklists, process charts, glossaries, narratives, and related materials used to support the acquisition workforce.
  • Draft and maintain approved job aids and guidance on Government-designated knowledge repositories (e.g., MARCORSYSCOM PSD Knowledge Center SharePoint).

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Minimum 10 years of experience supporting acquisition logistics, product support, or sustainment activities.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of DoD5000 series acquisition framework, Marine Corps acquisition policies, and lifecycle logistics principles.
  • Specific experience with supporting Marine Corps Acquisitions logistics competency.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or revising policy, processes, guidance, or workflows within a DoD acquisition environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience developing dashboards, performing trend analyses, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Direct experience supporting MARCORSYSCOM or Marine Corps acquisition programs.
  • Hands-on experience interfacing with or supporting Information Technology Systems Continuous Support (ITSCS) documentation, processes, or sustainment planning.
  • Experience supporting Integrated Product Support Elements across life-cycle logistic stages and sustainment planning efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex logistics and acquisition processes and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Experience facilitating or contributing to working groups, IPTs (Integrated Product Teams), or stakeholder engagements.
