• You have 5+ years of pool repair experience
• You are proficient in estimating repairs and equipment
• You communicate clearly and provide professional service
• You have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skills
• You’re organized, reliable, and committed to quality

What Winning Looks Like

• Install, diagnose, and repair: Pool automation systems ▪ Variable-speed pumps ▪Heaters ▪ Filters ▪ Salt systems▪ Lighting & electrical components
• Provide accurate written quotes for equipment and repairs
• Explain repair options and estimates clearly to customers
• Follow up with customers to complete the sale
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and parts using pool software
• Monitor work quality and uphold professional standards
• Order parts and supplies as needed
• Provide technical guidance and outstanding customer service

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and software knowledge
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must pass a criminal background check
