CDJR Warranty Administrator

Location: Houston, TX

Description

We are seeking a CDJR Warranty Administrator to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all warranty-related processes. This role is responsible for managing the complete warranty lifecycle from repair order booking to claim submission, reconciliation, and reporting in strict accordance with CDJR and company policies.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This is a vital position that supports dealership operations and maintains manufacturer compliance across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and book repair orders in compliance of CDJR Policy and Procedure

• Processes all warranty claims promptly and with accuracy

• Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation

• Verifies criteria required by manufacturer

• Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.

• Posts credits.

• Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.

• Review all warranty receivable schedules to ensure payment within 30 days

• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.

• Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor.

• Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.

• Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller.

• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership environment.

• CDJR experience is strongly preferred.

• Prior experience with CDK database systems is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
