As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be the face of DreamLawn, serving as a dedicated property solutions consultant. This professional, client-facing role involves expertly delivering specialized fertilization, seeding, and essential weed control services.

Location: Mission, KS (serving the Kansas City Metro)

Salary: $17.50/hr - $25.00/hr total compensation

What you’ll do:

• Consult & Educate: Engage directly with homeowners via on-site visits and phone consultations. You will educate them on our proprietary earth friendly system and best practices for long-term property health.
• Specialized Service Delivery: Apply advanced treatments and diagnostics to ensure the highest standards of lawn quality.
• Drive Results: Manage your assigned route and resources effectively to deliver superior customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals.

What you’ll bring:

• While previous experience in lawn care or related outdoor fields is beneficial, specialized lawn care expertise is not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old (required to operate a company vehicle).
• Valid state-issued Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform consistent field work, including walking long distances in various weather conditions.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
