✨ The Role: TED CoordinatorThe Training, Education, and Development (TED) Coordinator is a behind-the-scenes hero who helps learning, safety, feedback, and career development run smoothly across all Good Place companies.

You’ll manage learning platforms, support feedback and development programs, and partner with PX leaders to make sure employees have the tools they need to thrive, stay safe, and move forward in their careers.
🧠What You’ll DoLearning Systems & ComplianceBe the go-to administrator for our Learning & Performance Management System (LMS)
Assign, track, and report on training across multiple companies
Help ensure compliance and role-specific training is completed on time
Partner with PX and Safety to support onboarding, transfers, and promotions
Create clear, useful reports for managers and leadership
Coordinate internship, co-op, and apprenticeship programs—from documentation to compliance
Support formal feedback cycles (setup, tracking, troubleshooting)
Assist with career paths and succession planning documentation
Coordinate onboarding training that reflects Good Place values and makes a great first impression
Answer training and development questions with patience and clarity
Troubleshoot system or process issues and escalate when needed
Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and improve learning content
Help improve training, feedback, and development processes over time
Support the People Development Partner with training matrices and development tracking
Jump in on PX team initiatives and shared priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Instructional Design, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in training administration or coordination
Experience with Learning Management Systems required (Cornerstone a plus)
Comfortable managing systems, details, and deadlines
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Clear, professional communication—written and verbal
Ability to spot issues, take action, and ask for help when needed
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and processes
Trustworthy and professional with confidential information
Indoor, office-based role with a low-noise environment
Desk-focused work with collaboration across teams
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods
Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Regular use of standard office equipment; some standing, walking, bending, or reaching
