Job Summary:
You will lead and coordinate all aspects of a single site manufacturing operation, ensuring strong performance across production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and quality.

As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, You Will:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of a single-site manufacturing operation.
• Ensure effective performance across production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and quality.
• Provide leadership and oversight for factory managers and supervisors.
• Oversee workforce planning and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives to achieve operational and business goals.

Skills/Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• More than 3 years in a leadership role
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred)
