This dual-role position involves transporting materials to and from job sites across various civil and utility construction projects, while also lending hands-on support to field crews. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck to transport materials to and from project sites

• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately

• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant vehicle operation at all times

• Assist field crews with basic labor tasks as needed, such as lifting, unloading, or site setup

• Follow all site-specific and company-wide safety protocols

• Communicate clearly with foremen, dispatchers, and crew members

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A or B

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating dump trucks or similar equipment

• Strong understanding of safe hauling and offloading procedures

• Ability and willingness to perform physical labor tasks on-site

• Good communication skills and the ability to take direction

• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-oriented
