This dual-role position involves transporting materials to and from job sites across various civil and utility construction projects, while also lending hands-on support to field crews. Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a tri-axle dump truck to transport materials to and from project sites
Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately
Maintain clean, safe, and compliant vehicle operation at all times
Assist field crews with basic labor tasks as needed, such as lifting, unloading, or site setup
Follow all site-specific and company-wide safety protocols
Communicate clearly with foremen, dispatchers, and crew members
Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A or B
Minimum of 2 years experience operating dump trucks or similar equipment
Strong understanding of safe hauling and offloading procedures
Ability and willingness to perform physical labor tasks on-site
Good communication skills and the ability to take direction
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-oriented
