Indirect Loan Processor at LIBERTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION – Evansville, Indiana

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking an Indirect Loan Processor with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to join the Indirect Lending team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and service indirect documentation from dealerships.
  • Verify that all new loan contracts and documentation are complete and accurate
    • Ensure all underwriting stipulations are met as stipulated in approval
    • Notify the dealerships of any discrepancies and follow up to ensure contracts are funded promptly
  • Fund indirect loans into the credit union’s core system
  • Knowledgeable of internal and external guidelines and procedures.
  • Organize indirect letters and packets for daily mailings
  • Open regular share accounts for new members acquired through the indirect program as needed
  • Support the department by answering member/dealer phone questions while providing courteous and personal service
  • Organize daily mail and filing miscellaneous documentation
  • Must have strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail
• Participate in the Saturday funding rotation and as necessitated by management.
• Adhere to all credit union lending and personnel policies and procedures.
• Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws and operational procedures.
• Develop a working knowledge of the credit union’s data processing system.
• Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management.
