About the role
We are looking for a Spare Part Sales Coordinator to join our global Marine & Offshore Business Unit for the summer season 2026. The role is a fixed-term position lasting approximately 3–4 months, with an ideal start date in May 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in an international business environment and learn how processes connect in a dynamic setting. The position is based at our Vantaa office.
What your day might look like:
At the heart of your work are our customers. You build your day around handling customer communication, preparing quotations, and processing orders with accuracy. Collaboration is part of the rhythm as you exchange information and support with colleagues and stakeholders such as logistics, factory, and service teams among others. While most communication happens via email, the international nature of the work keeps things interesting. At the end of the day, you’ll feel accomplished knowing you’ve helped customers around the world and contributed to a supportive team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare spare part quotations and process orders accurately, following export control and international trade guidelines.
- Communicate with customers, ensuring clear and professional responses
- Follow up on spare part shipments and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as logistics, factory operations, and service teams to ensure smooth processes
What we expect from you:
- Ongoing studies or recent graduation in Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (Finnish is an advantage)
- General IT literacy and ability to adapt to new tools quickly
- Ability to work accurately and in a structured way, prioritizing tasks effectively
- A customer-oriented mindset combined with curiosity and willingness to learn
- Understanding and following processes, and seeing how different steps connect
- Interest in technical products and details
