Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Government Contract Pricing Analyst (Contract) to support proposal pricing activities across facilities maintenance, construction-adjacent services, and professional services contracts. This role is execution-focused, requiring a strong understanding of GSA MAS pricing, BOSS contracts, and labor-driven federal services pricing. The ideal candidate can independently develop compliant, defensible pricing models and recommend pricing strategies subject to internal approval.

This is a remote contract role supporting active captures and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed proposal pricing models for federal solicitations, including:
    • Labor (direct labor, indirects, escalation)
    • ODCs
    • Materials and equipment
    • Service calls / unit pricing
    • Subcontractor pricing
    • SCA and DBA-covered labor
  • Prepare pricing for:
    • GSA MAS proposals and modifications
    • BOSS task orders
    • Facilities maintenance and service contracts
  • Independently build and validate:
    • Cost builds
    • Basis of Estimate (BOE) narratives
    • Pricing assumptions and backup documentation
  • Conduct price realism and price reasonableness analyses
  • Identify and mitigate unbalanced pricing risks
  • Coordinate pricing inputs with:
    • Capture Managers
    • Proposal Managers
    • Finance and Accounting
    • Subcontractors and teaming partners
  • Ensure pricing approaches are compliant with 8(a) small business considerations
  • Support pricing revisions during negotiations or evaluation clarifications
  • Recommend final pricing strategies subject to internal approval

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of federal government contract pricing experience
  • Demonstrated experience pricing:
    • GSA MAS
    • IDIQ task orders (including BOSS-style contracts)
    • Facilities or service-based contracts
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Federal labor pricing structures
    • SCA / DBA wage determinations
    • Subcontractor cost analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills for pricing models
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting small business or 8(a) contractors
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance or construction-adjacent pricing
  • Prior experience supporting multiple concurrent proposals
