- Drive operational resilience through documentation, testing, and governance programs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Governance, or Control testing.
- Sound knowledge of Risk and Controls practices.
- Proven ability to identify issues/defects and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet operational deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and a self-starter.
