This role will have a significant impact on driving awareness, demand, and product adoption across various financial and fintech audiences. You will be responsible for owning the growth marketing strategy, which includes executing paid media campaigns, account-based marketing, and social strategies. As a key player in a fast-paced environment, you'll leverage creativity and analytics to bring innovative ideas to market and test approaches for maximum effectiveness.Accountabilities
  • Own and execute the growth marketing strategy across paid media, ABM, social, and experimental channels.
  • Translate company and product priorities into focused growth programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and channels to reach strategic accounts.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize measurable paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Build and manage targeted ABM programs for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams for aligned targeting and messaging.
  • Lead social growth strategy to enhance visibility and engagement with key audiences.
  • Experiment with content formats and platforms to maximize reach.
  • Design creative growth loops to drive scalable adoption.
  • Run rapid experiments, analyze results, and iterate based on findings.
  • Track campaign performance and surface insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-6+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation in a B2B finance environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid media and ABM programs.
  • Familiarity or strong interest in crypto infrastructure, payments, and financial services.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and revenue teams in agile go-to-market strategies.
  • High-agency operator who takes ownership and moves quickly from idea to execution.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing multiple programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technology and fast-paced markets.
