- Lead and inspire a team of government consulting specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and client focus
- Expand practice capabilities and client value by integrating deep policy, clinical, and pharmacy expertise
- Manage the financial performance of the practice, including P&L, staffing, and pipeline management
- Drive business growth by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop team members, oversee hiring, and proactively manage performance
- Collaborate across internal teams and sectors to ensure alignment, break down silos, and enhance service delivery
- Maintain operational stability while promoting innovation and continuous improvement within the practice
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams in government consulting or related fields
- Demonstrated success in client management, particularly with high-profile stakeholders such as Governors or Medicaid directors
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing P&L and driving operational efficiency
- Ability to operate independently as a business leader while fostering effective collaboration with peers and teams
- Established credibility and network within the government health policy landscape
- Open, humble, and resilient leadership style with strong problem-solving and learning agility
- Advanced understanding of government health policy, regulations, and consulting practices
