JT916 - ASSOCIATE MANUFACTURING PROCESS TECHNICIAN at Quality Consulting Group – New Albany, Ohio

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

• Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Loading component into machine with possibility to learning/qualifying on other pieces of equipment.
• Maintaining strict adherence to SOP and cGMP requirements and expectations.
• Load components and materials into packaging equipment.
• Inspection and packaging of product-filled vials per procedures and batch records.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system errors as needed (or escalate to management).

• High school/GED + 1 year of work or military experience or Associate degree
• Flexible schedule, strong work ethic
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• No prior manufacturing experience is required but would be a plus.
• Filling and finishing manufacturing experience, preferably vial inspection
• Understanding of measurements, calculations and the metric system
• Basic GMP knowledge
• Candidate must be willing to work with 12 hours shifts
