Richardson Sports is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team roster! If you’ve got the hustle to pick, pack, and ship like a pro—and the focus to keep your eye on the ball—we want you in our dugout.

• Starting Pay: $13-$14/hour (based on experience)

Your Position on the Field:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision—think of it as batting cleanup for our customers
• Assist with inbound deliveries—unload shipments like you’re snagging a ground ball at first base
• Get certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks—we’ll coach you up so you can cover all the bases
• Communicate with coaches (aka warehouse leadership) to improve plays and keep operations smooth
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse—because a clean field keeps the team playing at its best
• Stay flexible and ready to jump in where needed—sometimes we need a utility player who can do it all

Education and Abilities:

• High school graduate education or GED
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Equipment operation experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting
