Manage high-impact partnerships from start to finish and be the go-to relationship lead for industry-leading organizations. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of partners, coordinate compelling sponsorships and programs, and collaborate across teams to deliver standout experiences that drive long-term value. Responsibilities


  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for sponsorships, programs, and contracted deliverables.

  • Lead partner onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring partners understand available benefits, timelines, audience, and how success will be measured across programs.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of partner-facing offerings such as webinars, educational programming, digital content, events, and other activation opportunities.

  • Coordinate across internal teams—including Marketing, Events, Academy, IT, and Production—to ensure deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and within scope.

  • Exercise judgment in guiding partners on messaging, formats, and execution approaches that align with MedAxiom standards and audience needs.

  • Monitor partner deliverables, engagement activity, and timelines to support internal reporting, renewal discussions, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify risks, gaps, or execution issues early and proactively address them to maintain partner satisfaction.

  • Support the development of proposals, contracts, presentations, and renewal materials.

  • Promote and optimize partner engagement across MedAxiom conferences, programs, and initiatives, with a focus on maximizing sponsorship value and partner visibility.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner value, expand collaboration, or improve program effectiveness over time.


Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, account management, client services, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner or sponsor portfolios and delivering multi-channel programs or activations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging mid- to senior-level partner contacts.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a high degree of reliability and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Working proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com), to track partner activity, manage deliverables, and support reporting and insights.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Zoom to manage partner activity, deliverables, relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical education, professional associations, or membership-based organizations.
  • Experience managing sponsorship-driven or revenue-generating partner programs.
  • Familiarity with educational programming, digital content, webinars, conferences, or community-based engagement models.
  • Experience using CRM or engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot or advanced Salesforce/Monday.com features) to build tracking, reporting, or insights that improve partner engagement, program visibility, and renewal outcomes.
