- Act as a scientific and clinical ambassador to healthcare providers, academic institutions, payers, and professional organizations across the women’s health landscape.
- Deliver high-level presentations and education on reproductive genetic testing solutions at conferences, client meetings, and internal events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, genetics, and related specialties.
- Provide expert support to commercial, marketing, and research teams to maximize product lifecycle success and market adoption.
- Review and resolve complex case escalations, unusual laboratory findings, and clinical questions requiring physician oversight.
- Contribute to the creation and review of medical education materials, scientific content, and provider-facing communications.
- Capture customer insights and market feedback to inform strategic planning, innovation priorities, and product development initiatives.
- Travel extensively within assigned territory to support field-based medical affairs activities.
Requirements:
- M.D. degree required, with board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Clinical Genetics, or equivalent highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of women’s health, prenatal care, reproductive genetics, and clinical testing guidelines.
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience engaging clinicians, health systems, and key external stakeholders in a consultative environment.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong judgment and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving healthcare environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with field execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
