Accountabilities:

Act as a scientific and clinical ambassador to healthcare providers, academic institutions, payers, and professional organizations across the women’s health landscape.
Deliver high-level presentations and education on reproductive genetic testing solutions at conferences, client meetings, and internal events.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, genetics, and related specialties.
Provide expert support to commercial, marketing, and research teams to maximize product lifecycle success and market adoption.
Review and resolve complex case escalations, unusual laboratory findings, and clinical questions requiring physician oversight.
Contribute to the creation and review of medical education materials, scientific content, and provider-facing communications.
Capture customer insights and market feedback to inform strategic planning, innovation priorities, and product development initiatives.
Travel extensively within assigned territory to support field-based medical affairs activities.

Requirements:

M.D. degree required, with board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Clinical Genetics, or equivalent highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of women’s health, prenatal care, reproductive genetics, and clinical testing guidelines.
Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience engaging clinicians, health systems, and key external stakeholders in a consultative environment.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong judgment and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving healthcare environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with field execution.
Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
