Maintenance Lead – Truss Manufacturing

Location: 374 West Street, Uxbridge, MA
Pay: $34-$40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role
Cornerstone Truss & Components is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Lead to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with production teams to minimize downtime, solve equipment issues, and improve overall plant performance.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment including saws, splicers, conveyors, and related machinery
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
• Support PLCs, HMIs, and automated systems
• Partner with production to keep equipment running efficiently
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed

What You Bring
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with industrial equipment and control systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications
• Manufacturing or truss experience
• Prior maintenance lead or supervisory experience

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
