About This Position

Account Executive

Stellar Global is looking for an Account Executive ( full time) to work with our client- Samsung ( Harrods, Selfridges and KX at King's Cross), who has experience in retail, confidence to deal with the clients, optimise team performance etc.
We offer £33k per annum and other benefits.

Overall purpose of the role:
As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting your line manager in the delivery of retail excellence for your client, Samsung. The success of this will be measured against KPIs, client satisfaction and the financial delivery of the forecasted client GP

Personal Specification (knowledge/experience):
  • A positive thinking, can-do individual.

  • Experience in leading teams either in a similar role on the field or in a retail environment (desirable).

  • A proven track record of excellent performance and attendance.

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft and/or Google products.

What do we offer:

  • £33k annual salary plus bonus

  • Full time role, Monday-Friday

  • 37.5 contracted hours

  • Working shift: 9am-5.30pm

  • Working with client - Samsung ( Harrods, Selfridges and KX, King's Cross)

  • Hybrid role: 2 days in the office (London Bridge), 1 day store visits and 2 days WFH
