Offered Wage Range: $21.65- $23.42per/hr.
Full Wage Range: $21.65 - $57.73per/hr. (Represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position)

Position Summary
Provides administrative, operational, and tenant-support assistance in the management of Agency apartment units across Ferry, Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Lincoln counties. Supports the Property Manager in maintaining compliance with federal and state housing regulations, ensuring efficient property operations, and delivering quality service to residents.

Essential Job Functions
• Assists in the daily operations of Agency apartment units; helps coordinate maintenance requests, track work orders, and follow up on completion.
• Supports the resident intake process, including application intake, preliminary screening, background checks, and documentation collection in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
• Assists with resident certifications and recertifications by gathering and verifying income, assets, and eligibility documentation.
• Maintains accurate tenant files, waiting lists, and property management records in compliance with program requirements.
• Communicates with residents regarding policies, procedures, maintenance updates, and general inquiries; provides customer service support.
• Provides support for audits, file reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and program information at all times.

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED;
One (1) year of experience in property management, administrative support, customer service, or a related field;
OR
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Required Certifications & Licenses
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence
• Auto insurance as required by the State of Washington
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Certification within 6 months of hire
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
