Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for Qualified Candidates

Pay Range: $65,000 – $100,000+ per year (Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives + Bonuses)

We are hiring an experienced Sewer Install Technician / Lead Installation Plumber to manage residential sewer, water service, and excavation projects. This role is ideal for a licensed plumber with leadership experience who wants consistent work, strong pay, and long-term career growth.

• Perform residential sewer line and water service installations

• Lead and coordinate sewer and excavation installation projects

• Operate excavators, trenchers, and hand tools safely

• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and company standards

• Communicate job status, timelines, and solutions with homeowners

• Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend corrective solutions

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

• Mentor and assist junior installation technicians

• Lift and carry plumbing materials up to 75 lbs as required

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Proven experience with sewer and water service installations

• Experience operating excavation equipment preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lead installation crews and manage job timelines

• Physically able to perform job duties safely

• Availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
