An outgoing, professional Sales Lead to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

About the role

• The Retail Sales Lead supports daily store operations by guiding the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and engaging. This role helps drive store performance through hands-on leadership—coaching team members, assisting customers, managing merchandise, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and role model who can inspire others while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

What you'll do

• Open store and maintain opening operations on scheduled days
  
  

· Close store and maintain closing operations on scheduled days
· Execute the bank deposits
· Complete cash refunds for returned merchandise for customers in a professional manner
· Complete markdowns on sale and damaged good when instructed
· Receive and help merchandise inventory shipments
· Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals, as well as your own. Communicate goals and monitor achievements
· Effectively ensure that customers are serviced properly by direct selling and monitoring of sales floor
· Inform all staff of daily assignments and böhme initiatives as outlined by Store Manager and the Corporate Office
· Make merchandise and floor changes as assigned by Store Manager
· Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
· Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
· Report any customer service and customer or employee incidents to Store Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
  
  
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
  
  
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
  
  
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
  
  
• Must be available Saturday's and Sundays
  
  
• Opening and closing availability
  
  
• Must 18 or older
  
  
• 33-40 Hrs a week
