Billing Clerk - Evening Shift

Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced billing clerk to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Evening Billing Clerk will be taking care of billing and generating shipping documents.
Schedule - 5pm to 1:30am. There is a possibility for OT.
Responsibilities:- Perform various billing and administrative tasks in the evening shift, working alongside the shipping team and reporting to the Supervisor - Plant Admin/Billing.
- Work with little supervision and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the business.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, reporting, and document compilation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- This is an evening shift that starts at 17:00 and ends at approximately 1:30, with potential overtime.
