This position is ideal for a collaborative marketing leader passionate about building scalable enablement programs and empowering global partner networks.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the channel enablement content strategy, aligning messaging with application focus groups, product launches, and strategic campaigns.

  • Develop unified, customer- and application-centric narratives that translate product capabilities into clear business value for partners and sellers.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to consolidate and refine product content into partner-ready messaging and campaign toolkits.

  • Oversee the creation of enablement materials such as pitch decks, sales plays, architecture stories, and solution maps that demonstrate how solutions address real-world applications.

  • Lead global partner and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring consistent training, readiness programs, and adoption across regions.

  • Manage and mentor enablement specialists and communications leads while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and measurable impact.

  • Leverage AI tools and data insights to accelerate content development, improve messaging effectiveness, and optimize go-to-market strategies.

  • Track enablement performance metrics, content usage, and partner engagement to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in portfolio marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, or commercial enablement roles.

  • Proven ability to transform complex technical products into compelling customer-centric messaging and application use cases.

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, digital marketing, and regional teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving collaborative initiatives.

  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations.

  • Experience designing scalable partner enablement programs and sales readiness initiatives.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and generative AI for content creation, message testing, and insight generation.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and location.

  • Performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package.

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, disability, and life insurance.

  • 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock purchase program.

  • Generous paid time off and additional voluntary benefits.

  • Opportunity to work remotely within a global, collaborative environment.

  • Professional growth opportunities within an innovative and technology-driven organization.
