This role offers the opportunity to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and visually compelling dashboards that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations, to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. The position involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing Tableau dashboards, managing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity across reporting systems. You will also provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong technical foundation in data visualization and analytics.
Translate recurring reports and business requirements into innovative and insightful Tableau dashboards.
Develop new dashboards to address key business challenges, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
Maintain and enhance the Business Intelligence layer, ensuring high performance, security, and availability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate dashboards meet business needs and expectations.
Utilize SQL and ETL tools to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of dashboards and analytical tools.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar analytics role.
Strong proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, administration, and architecture.
Experience with SQL and ETL processes to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.
Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable Tableau-driven solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Highly motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
