Solutions Architect

This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-level technology solutions that transform business operations. You will design, implement, and integrate solutions across CRM, ERP, and data analytics platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce, Oracle, and analytics developers. You’ll lead solution design from business requirements to architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational objectives. The position involves integrating advanced AI capabilities, evaluating new technologies, and driving adoption of innovative solutions. You will play a key role in risk management, mentoring teams, and enabling knowledge transfer, all while contributing to transformative business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable value to internal stakeholders and customers alike.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions.

  • Architect enterprise systems and define roadmaps for migration from current to future state, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Design and integrate AI architectures and assess AI platforms, APIs, and cloud services for performance, scalability, and security.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, QA, and documentation specialists to ensure quality and adoption.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture decisions to maintain system reliability and compliance.

  • Drive early engagement in AI initiatives, providing technical leadership and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and training efforts to enable seamless adoption of solutions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering IT applications and enterprise systems.

  • Skilled in business analysis and solution design to align technology with organizational objectives.

  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience maintaining solutions in live production environments with proven risk management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Finance, HR-IS, and Product Data Management.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Clouds), Oracle ERP & SCM Cloud, Snowflake, and Power BI.

  • Solid understanding of business processes including Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Subscription Analytics, and Account/Contact Management.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them to business needs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex enterprise challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven enterprise architecture experience, including AI deployments at scale.

  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and prompt engineering.

  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on location:

    • San Francisco Bay Area: $124,200 – $186,300 USD annually

    • Select US Metros and States: $108,000 – $162,000 USD annually

    • Other US Locations: $97,200 – $145,800 USD annually

  • Eligibility for performance bonuses.
