The Service Cashier plays a vital role in supporting our busy service team by providing excellent customer service and handling financial transactions accurately. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a welcoming attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the service department and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Process payments for service and parts transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and receipts.
• Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills: experience with dealership software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email
• Ability to manage phones, customers, and coworkers simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
