Job Summary
The Banquet Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and catered events. This role ensures events run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of service, organization, and guest satisfaction. The Banquet Manager supervises banquet staff, coordinates with the kitchen and event sales teams, and ensures all events are executed according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

• Oversee the execution of weddings, social events, and corporate functions
  
• Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event setup and service
  
• Supervise banquet captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  
• Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to review event details and service expectations
  
• Ensure banquet rooms are set properly and ready for guests
  
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely food service
  
• Monitor service throughout events to maintain high service standards
  
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
  
• Assist with scheduling banquet staff based on event needs
  
• Train and mentor staff to maintain consistent service standards
  
• Maintain communication with event sales and management teams regarding event details and changes
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
  

• Previous banquet or hospitality management experience preferred
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
