Job Title: Nurse Manager II Hospital (SPA/PACU)
Location: Happy Valley, OR (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SPA/PACU operations, staffing, and resources
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Drive process improvements and operational performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 5+ years of patient care experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• ICU or PACU experience required
• Active Oregon RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
