Marion St. Mary School is a PK-8 Catholic School located in downtown Marion, attached to St. Mary Church. We are blessed to serve a student population of approximately 140 young scholars. We anticipate an open position in grades K-3 for the 2026-2027 school year.

We seek to hire an educator who is passionate about working with and learning from diverse student populations and is able to create a warm classroom environment that promotes curiosity and growth. A successful candidate will implement lessons and activities with clarity, creativity, and high expectations for students. We desire a candidate who is warm, energetic, and passionate about the fields of music and education. The ideal candidate will encourage harmony and communication inside the classroom and the school. Above all, we desire a teaching candidate who cares deeply about engaging children in learning, and working in a collaborative team setting.

The K-3 Teacher is responsible for teaching a single group of children during the school day in the following areas: mathematics, language arts, religion, social studies, and science.
