JOB OVERVIEW:

Wire 3 is hiring a Regional Sales manager to help with the initial launch and subsequent leadership and development of a direct sales team in a new market. The right person will serve as the “tip of the spear” as we begin to build a brand presence in a new market already identified for construction and development. They will be the face of the Wire 3 movement and begin building presence and positive relationships in the community, while recruiting for their direct sales team so that when construction is nearing completion, we have a team assembled to grow subscriber count. Once the region goes live for installation, they will lead the direct sales team and manage the organizational success metrics to help the Wire 3 movement grow as quickly as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish connections in the community to build a positive brand presence for Wire 3 in a new market where there is little to no brand awareness.

  • Make introductions where appropriate to community development team, SMB team, and events team so that Wire 3 can capitalize on new business and advertising opportunities.
  • Attend community/chamber events to help grow awareness of the Wire 3 movement
  • Recruit and establish relationships with prospective direct sales reps until such a time as building the team is appropriate
  • Manage a team of direct sales reps to grow subscriber bases in the assigned region.
  • Establish and develop team leaders to run DSRs once a scale requires it.
  • Manage the success metrics outlined by the company.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • HS graduate, some college preferred
  • 2+ years managing a sales team, 3+ years in business development
