The Opportunity You will serve as the central hub of our sales engine, ensuring no lead or project request falls through the cracks. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and schedule flexibility for a sharp, organized professional who enjoys keeping teams on track and building client relationships. You will directly impact our growth by converting open requests into active projects through persistent follow-up and meticulous task management.
How You Will Make an Impact
Maintain and monitor a comprehensive list of open sales requests to ensure 100% accountability.
Facilitate consistent progress by proactively following up with the sales team for status updates and feedback.
Engage directly with customers to follow up on pending quotes and answer preliminary project questions.
Coordinate the transition of won bids into the project initiation phase to ensure a seamless client experience.
Prioritize and manage your own daily task list to meet the fast-paced demands of the sales department.
Streamline communication between the field teams and clients to keep all stakeholders informed of project timelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on task-oriented completion.
High level of professional intelligence with the ability to grasp complex instructions quickly.
Proven ability to manage time effectively without the need for constant supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer-facing role.
Familiarity with CRM software or advanced task management tools.
Interest in the electrical, security, or industrial technology sectors.
