Medical Assistant - Medical Aesthetics at RN Esthetics – LYNNFIELD, Massachusetts

RN Esthetics is a nurse practitioner–led medical aesthetics practice specializing in injectables, skincare, lasers, and wellness treatments. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Room patients and assist with intake and medical history
• Assist providers during aesthetic treatments when needed
• Maintain inventory and restock clinical supplies
• Capture before-and-after patient photos
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support smooth patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
• Provide basic post-treatment instructions as directed by providers

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for aesthetics and patient care
