About This Position
Part-Time, On-Demand Position
We are currently seeking flexible, reliable team members for a part-time, on-demand role. This position is ideal for individuals looking to pick up shifts as needed and earn extra income.
Availability is key—team members who are able to take on more shifts will have greater earning opportunities.
Our business supports customers who require product deliveries, often on short notice. As a result, this role requires flexibility and a willingness to accept last-minute shift opportunities.
Incentives:

Additional $3.50/hour incentive pay for picking up last-minute shifts

Weekends (minimum 2-hour shifts)

Weekday shifts after 6:00 PM

- Operate a car or van
- Use a smart phone
- Delivery packages typically 1 or multiple packages from point A to B
- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 30 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading goods. 50 lbs occasionally
