This is a fast-paced environment for builders who thrive on execution, innovation, and measurable impact in fintech and AI.
Accountabilities:
  • Lead development of AI-powered consumer features, defining journeys, engagement mechanics, and agentic capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points, translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear specifications, and deliver personalized financial experiences.
  • Maintain and prioritize your product roadmap, starting with a focus on credit score tools and scaling across other financial verticals.
  • Drive prompt/evaluation/policy quality, safety guardrails, and reliable LLM outputs at scale.
  • Make data-driven decisions using metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, journey completion, and quality/safety signals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, presenting tradeoffs, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.

Requirements:
  • 38 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including prompt creation, evaluation criteria, and iteration to improve quality and safety.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to synthesize ambiguity to drive alignment.
  • Proven ability to lead without authority, influencing engineering, legal, compliance, business, and data partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and critical thinker with a builder mindset.
  • Familiarity with fintech, consumer lending, or regulated products is a plus but not required.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
  • Flexible, fully remote work environment.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and fintech innovation.
  • Opportunities for growth and leadership in product management.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced culture that values execution and impact.
  • Inclusive and equitable workplace fostering diverse perspectives.
