Job Summary
The Internal Audit Quality Assurance Manager ensures the internal audit function operates in conformance with the 2024 IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and is prepared for the required external quality assurance review. This role requires direct internal audit experience and familiarity with audit methodology, workpapers, and professional standards. The position leads development and oversight of the department’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) and supports continuous improvement across audit activities.

Preferred Education/Experience
5 years of internal audit experience or internal audit quality assurance experience. Experience must include involvement with internal audit engagements, audit methodology, audit documentation, or quality assurance reviews aligned with professional auditing standards.
