Pay:

LINE COOKS: $17–$22 per hour + tips (based on experience)

PREP COOKS: $17-$20 per hour + tips (based on experience)

Nep Cafe Irvine, part of the Kei Concepts Restaurant Group, is looking for motivated and passionate Prep Cooks and Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love great food, and want to grow with a supportive restaurant team, we would love to meet you!

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other ingredients for cooking

• Cook food using a variety of kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and broilers

• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations

• Assist with food prep and stocking ingredients for service

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation

• Work with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen during service

• Support kitchen closing procedures and cleaning duties

• At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant kitchen

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Attention to detail and pride in food quality

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
