Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager – ePrescribe is responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic expansion across Veradigm’s ePrescribe portfolio. This role manages key enterprise relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities within provider organizations, EHR vendors and healthcare networks.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of enterprise account management, SaaS sales expertise, and healthcare technology knowledge, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Drive Customer Success & Retention
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise ePrescribe customers, serving as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead executive business reviews, product roadmap discussions, and performance reporting to demonstrate value and strengthen alignment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Proactively identify risks and develop account plans that drive long-term retention and satisfaction.
Accelerate Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve renewal, upsell, and cross-sell targets.
• Identify and pursue net-new enterprise opportunities, leading discovery, solution presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain a strong and accurate opportunity pipeline within Salesforce, including forecasting and activity tracking.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to effectively articulate Veradigm’s differentiated value.
Serve as a Product & Industry Expert
• Develop deep expertise in ePrescribe and EHR integration workflows, pharmacy networks, regulatory requirements, and partner ecosystems.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback and enhancement recommendations.
• Support training initiatives and drive adoption of advanced prescribing capabilities across enterprise clients.
Collaborate Across the Organization
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Leadership teams on go-to-market initiatives and strategic account planning.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and enterprise growth initiatives.
• Represent Veradigm at industry conferences, customer meetings, and strategic forums as a subject-matter expert.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise account management, managing reseller channels, SaaS sales, or healthcare technology.
• Working knowledge of ePrescribe and EHR workflows, pharmacy networks, and medication management solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and executive relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience selling into EHR vendors, health systems or provider groups.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ePrescribe solutions and functionality such as EPCS, PDMP, prescribing networks such as Surescripts or Vela, or prescribing regulations.
• Background in health IT, digital health, or clinical software solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles and influence senior decision-makers.

Compensation Range:
$57,728-$80,243Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
