About the Company

The company is a private membership community for entrepreneurs who have successfully exited their companies. Its members include founders, operators, and investors who are now focused on their next chapter — investing, building new ventures, and designing meaningful lives after exit.

The organization hosts curated events, small-group forums, and private experiences that bring together exceptional founders and investors. As the community continues to grow, the team is looking for an Executive Assistant to help support operations and enhance the overall member experience.

This is not a traditional assistant role. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff or Operations leadership path over time.

Role Overview

The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who can help manage communications, coordinate events, and improve operational workflows across the organization.

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the founder and leadership team to ensure members, partners, and speakers have a seamless experience.

This role provides exposure to a wide network of entrepreneurs, investors, and operators and plays a central role in helping the community run smoothly.
