Patient Service Consultant (Sales) at LifeWorks Wellness Center – Clearwater, Florida

Job description:

We are seeking a sales professional to work in the Patient Service Consultant role at our clinic. This position is key in getting our patients to buy and start their treatment programs to begin their journey to healing.

LifeWorks Wellness Center is one of the largest integrated practices in the US, as well as Florida’s top natural health clinic. We are proud to provide patients with alternative medical doctors that treat a wide range of chronic health conditions, naturally. People travel from all over the world to see our doctors and receive our lifesaving holistic treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities:

After meeting with a Practitioner, patients are scheduled to meet with the Patient Service Consultant (PSC) to discuss their prescribed treatment program which can include labs, supplements, modalities, and any other services required at the clinic. It is the PSC’s job to enlighten the patient on the treatment programs, the timeline in which they are done and how we can assist them in getting well. This role is then responsible for finalizing and collecting payment for the patient program and starting them on their way to recovery.

What to Expect:

• The PSC will become an expert in their field and confident with their ability to enlighten patients on LifeWorks’ Integrative / Alternative / Functional / Holistic treatment programs.
• This role will collect payment and enroll patients on their treatment plan.
• There will be regular interaction with patients to ensure they are progressing well through their treatment and collecting on any payments needed as they progress.
• Follow up with prospective patients and current patients to effectively cultivate patient relationships.
• Built a pipeline of current and future patients who will complete a treatment program

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of prior face-to-face Sales experience
• Prior Healthcare experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of Sales Principles and Client Service Practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be energetic and confident

Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to sit, type and communicate on the phone for periods up to 8 hours at a time.
