You will work closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts to analyze business processes, define requirements, and implement Field Service Management (FSM) solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance. This position combines consulting expertise, solution design, and process optimization, allowing you to make a tangible impact on project outcomes while advancing your professional growth. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel as required for client engagements.

Accountabilities:

Engage with clients to capture, document, and analyze business processes, needs, and objectives related to field service operations.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for FSM solutions and conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and implement FSM tools that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and project requirements.
Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to obtain stakeholder buy-in and share progress updates.
Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop training materials and provide ongoing client support to ensure successful adoption and optimization of FSM solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Masters) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on FSM solutions in utilities or energy industries.
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation.
Strong knowledge of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with technology integration across ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and data warehouse platforms.
Proficiency with FSM software platforms; experience with OverIT solutions is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as project requirements dictate.
Preferred: consulting experience, GIS integration knowledge, mobile workforce management, and understanding of emerging technologies like IoT, AI, or ML. Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus.
