About the Role:
As a Temporary Branch Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for members visiting our branches. You'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth member experiences by helping guide members, learning about teller and account services, and providing general branch support.

Are you friendly, outgoing, and ready to learn about the world of member service? Rize Credit Union is looking for a warm and welcoming Summer Intern to serve as a Branch Concierge in our Lynwood branch.
This paid, part-time opportunity is perfect for someone interested in customer service, banking, or simply gaining professional experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08:45 AM - 5:15 PM &
Saturday's 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM | Duration Summer 2026
*Bilingual skills desired
About the Role:
As a Temporary Branch Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for members visiting our branches. You'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth member experiences by helping guide members, learning about teller and account services, and providing general branch support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet members as they enter the branch and help direct them to the appropriate service area
- Member outreach and engagement
- Scheduling appointments
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all members and visitors
- Learn the basics of teller transactions and new account processes
- Assist with general branch operations and administrative support as needed
- Work closely with branch staff to ensure members feel supported and valued
Who You Are:
- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping others
- Interested in customer service, finance, or operations
- Comfortable speaking with people and answering basic questions
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- No prior banking experience required—just a positive attitude and a desire to grow!
