The Opportunity
SKYTRAC is seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join our team. In this role, the Quality Administrator supports the Quality Lead in maintaining and strengthening a culture of excellence within SKYTRAC’s Quality Management System (QMS). The position works closely with multiple departments to review process outputs, ensuring procedures, products, and services consistently meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a structured, compliance-focused environment and demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills. They are self-motivated, take initiative, and can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and following up on outstanding actions with minimal supervision. The role also requires the ability to review and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy, maintain controlled documented information, and analyze and interpret data to support quality processes. A proactive mindset, including the ability to research and learn independently to support day-to-day tasks, is essential to maintaining the effectiveness of SKYTRAC’s Quality Program and ensuring continued compliance and customer satisfaction.
This position is based on-site in our Kelowna, BC office.
As a Quality Administrator, responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the maintenance of our quality management system
- Creation and maintenance of quality system reporting
- Support with maintenance of supplier management documentation
- Creation and maintenance of training records
- Assist with nonconformance and corrective action documentation processing
- Processing QMS documentation
- Contributing to the coordination of quality improvement projects
What You Bring
Candidate Must Have’s
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of administration or quality assurance related experience
- Understanding of quality management systems (i.e. ISO 9001/AS9100/16949/27001)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
This will make you stand out
- Advanced MS Excel with proficiency in data manipulation
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an asset
- Awareness of Transport Canada CARs 561/571/573
- Experience supporting corrective action documentation (CAPA)
- Basic understanding of inspection processes, configuration control and quality records
- Experience with technical writing

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 CAD. The range posted is a guide and may not represent the compensation offered to the successful candidate. Compensation is based on the skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications brought to the role.
