We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Services Scheduler to join our team. Based in Mandurah, you will play a key role in coordinating daily care schedules for our clients and caregivers across our Bunbury region.
This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and adjust rosters efficiently to meet changing client needs. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older Australians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive reliable and consistent care services.
- Manage and maintain rosters for approximately 50 clients, proactively addressing schedule changes and shift coverage.
- Work closely with the Care Managers and wider scheduling team to support smooth service delivery.
- Provide administrative support including updating systems & managing communications.
- Build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to support a positive service experience.

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with systems and technology to manage schedules and maintain accurate records
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and internal teams
- Able to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administration, rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination is highly regarded
- Experience managing team rosters, coordinating staff, or leading teams (for example in retail or service environments) is advantageous
